Below is some technical information that you may find helpful.

Shipping & Deliveries

Shipping is currently available in New Zealand and Australia.

Packages are sent via NZ Post. Your package will be shipped within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Please allow this extra time on top of the delivery time to receive your product.

Estimated delivery times:
New Zealand (2-4 working days)
Australia (3-10 working days)

Keychains or qualifying bulk purchases are posted with Economy Tracked. I will send you the tracking number for your order via email.

Returns and Refunds

A refund can be offered if your product arrives damaged in transit. Please notify me as soon as possible or within 14 days after your package arrives, with photos of the damages.

Unfortunately, returns due to a change of mind are not possible.
